Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens when you browse MedFactHub or choose to send an availability enquiry.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Information you provide

Medicine-directory enquiry tools may ask for a name, country, email address or WhatsApp number, preferred contact method, product of interest and an optional general message. Do not include prescriptions, medical reports, diagnosis details, passport information, payment data or other sensitive information.

How the current enquiry tool works

The current page validates and prepares enquiry information in your browser. MedFactHub does not store the draft on its own server before you choose to continue. If you continue through email or WhatsApp, the information is transmitted using that service and may be received and handled by Medicine for World for the stated enquiry purpose.

Hosting and technical data

Our hosting, CDN and security providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the site.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is offered only after you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If allowed, it may process page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location and interaction events such as page views, scrolling and outbound-link clicks. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, enquiry text or other sensitive information to Analytics. Advertising storage and Google Signals are disabled.

Your choice is stored in a first-party consent cookie for up to one year and is shared across MedFactHub subdomains. You can withdraw consent by clearing cookies for medfacthub.com; the consent notice will then appear again. Google processes permitted analytics data under its own terms and privacy documentation.

Use, sharing and retention

Contact information is used to review and respond to an enquiry, check destination restrictions and prevent abuse. It may be shared with service providers or prospective suppliers only where relevant and lawful. Retention depends on the enquiry, legal requirements and the systems of the receiving service.

Your choices

You may decide not to send an enquiry. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, contact info@medicineforworld.com.bd. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.

International use

Information sent through third-party communications may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. Do not send sensitive medical or identity documents through the general enquiry channel.
